Located at 20 Dottie's Way on the Westbrook Housing Larrabee Campus, Larrabee Heights is in a quiet community off of Main Street in Westbrook. The minimum age requirement is 62. Rent is $1,500 per month. Security Deposti is also $1,500. Rent does not include the cost of utilities – except for water, sewer, and garbage pickup. One pet up to 20 pounds is allowed with payment of a $300 Pet Deposit.
