Credit, criminal background check, and past eviction check required. First and last months rent required, as well as a security deposit. -Tenant will get to enjoy all of the association amenities, which includes a private beach, public dock for swimming and fishing access to water. -Reference checks are required -First months rent and 2 months security deposit -liability and renters insurance required -Washer and dryer are provided, but are as is.
