This apartment is located just off Des Moines Memorial Drive on a side street near Rainier Golf and Country Club. It is a short distance to many major employers and amenities such as Boeing, Seatac Airport, and Southcenter Mall, with many transportation options close by such as bus, link light rail, bike routes, and alternative options for driving to Seattle. The building is a midcentury single story 11-unit building with no stairs to climb. It has an electronic entry lock, original refinished wood kitchen cabinets with updated backsplash, but no dishwasher or garbage disposal. There is carpet in the living room and bedroom and walk-in closet, and vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathroom. The laundry room also contains a storage locker for each apartment. Washers and dryers are free with no coins or cards required. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage and recycling. We have parking available for one vehicle only and street parking is extremely limited on the narrow street adjacent to the golf course. For this reason, we only accept applicants with a maximum of one vehicle. Applicants with no vehicles qualify for a $100 monthly credit. We allow pets with a fully refundable $200 deposit. The only nonrefundable fee we charge is a $25 lock recode fee on moveout. We basically seek individuals with income 3x rent, credit score of 650+, good landlord references.
