Tile surround in bathroom, large washer and dryer, coffer ceiling in family room, ceiling fans in bedrooms, canned lighting in kitchen and family room with auto sensors. Master bedroom has his/her closet. Radiant heat keeps temperature uniform and cozy throughout the winter. Window AC unit for the summer, Roxul sound insulation between floor joists plus two layers of sheet rock separated by RC channel keeps living space private.
