Our Rental Criteria:
-We show units by appointment, Tuesday – Friday, 11am – 3pm, 4-5 showings per day.
-Any resident prospect over the age of 18 is required to complete a rental application.
-Application fee is $40.00 Non-refundable. $20.00 is applied to your background check, $20.00 is for the office for processing.
-Monthly gross income must equal or exceed three times the monthly rent. This income can be combined by all applicants applying / residing.
-Credit Karma is a free resource for you to review your credit score prior to applying, www creditkarma com your credit score to apply must be at a minimum score of 525 to be accepted for a review.
-Income must be from a verifiable source, no cash paying jobs or temporary positions will qualify.
-Proof of identification is required. Your valid State ID, Driver's license or passport are acceptable.
-3+ years of rental history with positive references from current and prior landlord, no evictions or unpaid judgements or excessive collections.
-If your eviction is less than 2 years old or is in open case status with the courts, we probably will not be able to work with you.
