Snow shovels will be provided by the owner. -Tenants have shared access to the large backyard area, including the gazebo and firepit. One outdoor grill is permitted per household and may remain outdoors overnight. To help keep the shared yard clean and enjoyable for everyone, no other personal belongings may be left in the backyard overnight.
