The kitchen features granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. A full bathroom is located off the hallway. The main bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a step-in shower. There is a separate laundry area with hookups available for a washer and dryer. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and trash service. Lawn care is provided. No smoking is permitted on the property, inside or out. Two pets are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300.
