An EV charger has also been installed on the garage near the parking area. Note that the garage on the property is not included. The following utilities are included: hot water, water/sewer, internet, and Philo streaming service. Trash removal is provided by the city; there is a metal trash enclosure on the exterior. Electricity and heat (propane) are not included. Pellets for the pellet stove are also note included. Rent is $2,200 per month.
