Property Id: 2716966 This apartment is in the lower area of our home. It has two bedrooms with one bath (no tub.) The number of beds will be determined by the needs of the tenants. Both rooms can accomodate twin beds or double. The apartment is large with a shared living/dining space. We will provide desks/chairs in the main living space for study/working, shared laundry facilities, parking area, private entrance. There are two bedrooms. We are asking $950 for the smaller bedroom (approx. 128 sq.ft.) We are asking $1100 for the larger bedroom (approx 200 sq.ft.). We are currently renovating this unit, and it will be newly refinished and furnished. We live in a rural area in Vermont in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes from Gifford Hospital or the Vermont Law School on a beautiful tree-canopied road. We have wonderful neighbors, access to a quiet pond and beautiful forests all around us. Utilities are included and initial basic supplies will be provided. We have two friendly dogs, but they are both large, young and rambunctious, so we are listing the apartment as "no pets." When the unit is complete we will update with pictures.
