Looking to rent my condo anywhere from 3 months to a full year starting on September 1. Condo is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. I was renting my place short term, but I decided to rent long term this year to not deal with the turnovers each week. Tenant will be responsible for Cable/internet, trash, and water which is $150/month and electric which varies each month(usually about $130/month on average). There is access to a pier at the lagoon which people use to launch small boats or fish off of. There is a full size washer and dryer, all the kitchen supplies you will need, so all you really would need to bring are your clothes. Please email or write to Andrew with any questions.
