You must provide one month of current and consecutive paystubs per applicant that reflect year-to-date earnings. Self-employed applicants may be required to provide the previous two years of tax returns. Employment Applicants should have stable employment six months or longer or a verifiable source of income. Recent employment changes may require additional documentation. Credit History minimum credit score of 650 Credit reports will be reviewed as part of the application process.
