Property MUST be kept tidy inside and out! No pets. This is a non smoking property. • Rent is $1,000 a month and includes water, sewer, and garbage. • Tenant is responsible for the yard in front and to the right side of cottage. You can pay $50/month if you want us to take care of it for you. • Tenant is responsible for electricity. • Renter's insurance will be required. • This is a month-to-month rental. A $30 application fee is required for all renters 18 and older to run each background check.
