This beautifully furnished vacation rental features a comfortable king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and most everything you need for a relaxing stay. Ideally located close to the Oceanside Pier, beach, restaurants, and shops, you'll be perfectly situated to enjoy everything downtown Oceanside has to offer. Utilities are included, with an SDG&E allowance of up to $100 per month. All rent is prepaid prior to arrival, and the security deposit varies based on the length of your stay. $275 Cleaning Fee & $100 reservation Fee. Summer rate is $5000/month, plus fees.
