The single bedroom is $850 a month and has a shared bathroom included that is shared with one other person. I am looking for anyone over the age of 21 that has a full time job and is easy to get along with. Cleanliness is preferred! I currently have two tenants that both work full-time and keep to themselves and are respectful. Nights are usually very quiet and the house always stays clean!
