The property owner will require tenants to carry renters insurance in the amount of $100,000 and add "M&M Real Estate Real Estate & Property Services" as "Additional Insured" 7. Applicants must provide additional documentation in order to verify information such as ID, 1040's,bank statements/pay stubs to verify income. 8. Verifiable reserves 3x the rent.
