There is a $50.00 pet deposit that is fully refundable upon moving out if there is no damage. Available september 10th, 2026. If would like to hold apartment there is a $200.00 deposit which will be credited to deposit upon moving in, if don't take apartment it will not be refundable. Heat, trash removal service, sewer included. Hot water and electric are tenants' responsibility. Cable/internet is a Spectrum building only, no satellite dishes, and no additional wires added into apartment or outside.
