The downstairs flooring is vinyl planking and the balance of both bedrooms has berber carpeting along with carpeting on the stairs that lead up to the bedroom area and the stairs that lead to your own separate private roof patio. There is a central air and heating system throughout the apartment. There is a walk-in and wardrobe closet in the master bedroom and a walk-in closet in the second bedroom bedroom along with two (2) linen closets between the bedrooms. The appliances that are included in the kitchen are a new glass-top range, new built-in microwave oven with a vented hood over the range, new dishwasher and a new refrigerator may be supplied, if necessary. The utilities that are included are water and gas. We are pet friendly and allow small dogs and cats. We require a$250.00 refundable pet deposit. The apartment has its own central alarm security system, which is included in the rent. We offer laundry machines in the building and not the apartment. There is an intercom system to call the apartment for guests and deliveries at the front gate that also features a keyed lock and a wrought iron gate with a keyed lock at the back entrance. There is a separate secured two (2) car tandem garage with a door operator in the back of the building along with a storage closet in the garage. The rent is $3,650 per month and an equal amount of $3,650.00 is required for the security deposit. We offer a minimum of a one year lease and a second year option for the same rental payment.
