The application fee is $60 per applicant. Each person who will be financially responsible under the lease must complete a separate application. RENTAL QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES Applicants must meet the property's established rental criteria, which include: No evictions within the previous five years. No unpaid landlord-related collections within the previous five years. No outstanding utility balances. Combined gross household income of at least three times the monthly rent. Applicants with a credit score below 625 may be required to provide a security deposit equal to two months' rent, subject to the property's rental criteria. Applicants who are approved must complete the required security deposit or applicable Obligo enrollment within 48 hours of approval. All applications are evaluated using the property's established rental criteria. Failure to meet the applicable requirements may result in denial of the application.
