For those who value connectivity, each room is wired for private internet, with cheap wireless internet available from roommates as well. A weekly cleaning service is provided for common areas, and cleaning supplies are also provided. The house currently has one paid off-street parking space available to rent and the lease typically does not require pre-paid last month's rent for most renters. Laundry is available onsite and offers the use of a digital app if you prefer. Please note that this is a no smoking, no pets, and no parties environment.
