We are very pleased to offer this special upstairs unit at the Dorsey Gardens guest house on a month-to-month basis. The minimum stay is three months if you wanna stay for shorter then just Google us and book on our website or contact us here for additional information. We have four units in the building. Thye Mango Suite, as we call it, is fully furnished and all of the utilities are included. You pay one lump sum and that includes Netflix and Disney+. This is ideal for somebody who wants to stay a short time or a long time, but they don't have their own furniture. There is limited offsite storage available with the owner's personal storage unit. This is a spacious two bedroom beautifully decorated apartment that's just flooded with natural light in a safe. secure, established neighborhood. Take a look at the photos because what you see is what we offer. There is a shared washer and dryer downstairs, which operates off of an app. We are reluctant to have pets in our beautiful upstairs unit, but if you can convince us that your dog is well behaved, we will consider it at a small additional price. There is also an option to book the place like a vacation rental through the guesthouse portal whereas you would not be required to pay a deposit. You would, though, be required to pay some tax.
