Conviction for the manufacture of illegal drugs
Conviction or court judgment for conduct that threatened the health, safety, or property of others in the last 3 years
Credit score below 520*
Eviction within the past 2 years
Felony sex records in the last 7 years
Misdemeanor drug records in the last 2 years
