Included is an electric stove, microwave/hood, refrigerator and dishwasher. Safety items include two smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, and a fire blanket. This property also features a new deck for enjoying the outdoors. Underneath this deck is also a locked area for trash/recycle bins to prevent bears for exploiting them. Tenant has two parking spaces. Here are a few rules for the rental- no pets, no smoking on the property, no grills or items that use an open flame.
