No disturbing, annoying, or endangering neighbors (e.g., fireworks)- no unlawful use of the premises. Pets: dogs only, 50 lbs or less, 2-dog maximum. Pet fee: $250 per pet, per month. No smoking permitted in the house — violation results in automatic eviction and forfeiture of deposit and rent. Renter is responsible for damages to furnishings, household items, or the pool, plus any cleaning fees exceeding $100 caused by their stay.
