Please note that the driveway next to the property belongs to our neighbor, so we kindly ask that you do not park there. ⚠ Safety, Accessibility Notes, & House Rules --Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety. --No parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition. --🚭 No smoking inside or within 50 ft (violations = $300 cleaning fee) -- Train tracks nearby: Michigan City is a “quiet zone,” but you may hear crossing bells. Sound machines provided. --Historic home = funky layout (limited kitchen counters, quirky game room bathroom). Adds to the charm, but worth noting. --Duplex home = possible sound transfer between upper & lower units. --Max 6 guests- no extra overnight visitors allowed 🔔 Important Location Notes Neighborhood is eclectic & transitional – safe but mixed- police station less than 1 mile away ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out --Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM --Check-Out: 10:00 AM --Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.)
