Example: If monthly rent is $695: $695 × 3 = $2,085 required monthly take-home income If you receive income from State or Federal Benefits, including Disability, Social Security, or Retirement, current award letters must be submitted with your application. EMPLOYMENT Applicants must have at least 1 year of employment history with their current employer. CREDIT REQUIREMENTS A credit check will be conducted.
