Each apartment comes with a designated parking space in the deck, and we’re happy to welcome pets! Our apartments are fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave for your convenience. Residents enjoy access to the top-floor recreation room, featuring a large TV, pool table, and cozy seating—perfect for studying, meetings, or cheering on the Tar Heels. Rent includes all utilities, with the exception of internet. For couples sharing a room, there is an additional charge of $250 for the extra tenant. *A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies.
