**Private Penthouse Rooftop Terrace in Central Riverdale** Rarely available: a full-floor residence with its own private rooftop terrace. This bright, newly renovated apartment occupies the entire third floor of a classic 1920s four-family home, just two flights up. The terrace is the centerpiece of the home. It's accessed directly from the bedroom and offers ample room for outdoor dining, entertaining, or quiet relaxation. You'll enjoy distant Manhattan skyline views and a leafy outlook over Ewen Park across a quiet, tree-lined street. Inside, the apartment pairs old-world character with modern updates. Period details include high ceilings, crown moldings, rich hardwood floors, and original glass doorknobs. The efficiently designed chef's kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The large new bathroom is finished in beautiful tile and has a tub and shower. Closet space is generous, and additional storage is available. The Central Riverdale location puts green space, culture, and convenience within easy reach. Ewen Park is right outside your door, and Wave Hill's gardens are nearby. Commuting options are excellent, including the Bx7 and Bx10 local buses, the MTA #1 train, Metro-North, and express buses to Manhattan. Neighborhood restaurants, shops, and well-regarded schools are all close by. A home this rare, combining a private outdoor retreat with a truly central location, won't last.
