Furnished studio available for rent in quiet Fleming Island Community. Private entrance and a dedicated off-street parking space. Utilities included. Studio features a twin/king bed (bed expands to a king), bistro set, mini fridge, microwave, Ninja Grill (Oven/Air Fryer/Grill Combo), and single-burner cooktop. Studio features endless hot water, two large walk-in closets, and a large main living area. As the home is connected to my own, we are seeking the right fit. We do play music in the evenings/nights, but will observe quieter hours after 11 p.m. (I am a night owl). Please only apply if you are comfortable with this, as I want to make sure everyone is happy! :) Rent price is for one person. Additional person is $50 more per month. One pet considered on a case by case basis with non refundable pet fee of $400. Utilities included (landlord reserves the right to adjust rent if utilities rise more than 25%).
