We have a very small, but cute 1 bedroom apartment available for rent on the third floor. This unit is in a well kept beautiful building. It has a yard with seating area. This unit is two blocks from the bay/2 blocks from the beach. It is centrally located within steps of public transportation (Jitney & Bus). this unit is located within a few blocks of VENTNOR. Pets are welcome with the requirement of you carrying renters insurance with your pet listed and a $250 nonrefundable pet cleaning deposit. this unit will be available October 15. Water/sewer/trash are included. electric/cable NOT INCLUDED If you have any recent evictions, unfortunately, we cannot offer you any housing. We consider not so perfect credit as long as it is explainable. We do accept vouchers. Please do not contact the phone number listed as we get a lot of inquiries.
