Beautiful, well maintained 3-plex house that works well for a group of 4 or 5. Main floor has a 1 BR/1 BA apt with a spacious living room we recommend the group use as a common space. There is studio apt off the back. The third unit is on the second floor and has 3 rooms(one is very small), plus a kitchen and bathroom. The house does not all flow together, so you need to go outside to enter each unit. There are 3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms all in good shape. Beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring. 2 of the kitchens are really nice with newer cabinets, appliances, countertops and a dishwasher. Washer/dryer in basement. No coin opp. Great parking pad for 4+ vehicles. Amazing location. Walk to campus, North Market Square Park, Northside Entertainment District and downtown (3-4 blocks). Beautiful neighborhood with brick streets and historic homes.
