2 bedroom home in Cahokia. This home is closer to route 3 next to Maplewood elementary school. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Bedrooms are a nice. Bathroom is in good shape with a couple of new pieces. Has a full unfinished basement with washer dryer hookup. One car garage that is usually used for storage. Fenced in backyard. Tenant pays all utilities. First month's rent, last month's rent and deposit to move in. 975x 3 Home is not that big I would like to have 1 or 2 people living there but would maybe consider 3. Kitchen looks outdated and has older cabinets. It’s also a smaller kitchen but there is a dining room outside the kitchen.
