Property is located in a beautiful and quite area five minute walk to Green Valley Lake, there is a general store across the lake and a post office. Running Springs is about 6 minute drive and Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead is about 15 to 20 minute drive. The weather is nice in the summer about 75 to 80 F and it snows in the winter. House was remodeled about 2 years ago and it is fully furnished. Owner pays for garbage. Renter is responsible for rest of utilities electric, water, gas, WIFi. First month and deposit due upon signing , no smoking allowed inside premisses. Rent is due on the date renter moves in or it can be arranged to be collected at end of month. Pets are allowed but tennants are responsible for any damages pets may cause
