RENTAL DETAILS
Applications must be submitted through the property management portal. Each adult applicant pays a $55 nonrefundable application fee. Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 550, and the household's combined gross monthly income must be at least three times the rent. Recent housing-related collections are not accepted, and collections exceeding $10,000 are not allowed. The security deposit is generally equal to one month's rent and may vary depending on screening results. A one-time $150 administrative fee is due at move-in. Residents are responsible for utilities and lawn care. The home will be held only once the application has been approved and the deposit received.
Pets may be considered on an individual basis and are subject to breed restrictions. For approved pets, fees include a $300 one-time pet deposit and $40 monthly pet rent.
The Resident Benefit Package costs $49.95/month and includes a personalized move-in concierge service, rent payment rewards and on-time credit reporting, optional renters insurance coverage, scheduled air filter delivery, identity theft protection services, and quarterly pest control solutions. High-speed internet from Second Nature is available for $67/month, offering speeds up to 1 Gig, no data caps, no equipment or installation fees, and setup before move-in. Second Nature will reach out by text or email to coordinate installation and provide support throughout the lease term.
Pricing and special offers apply to new residents only and are not guaranteed until the application fee has been paid. Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to a lease administration fee, an application fee, and pet fees where applicable. If the property offers a concession and the lease begins on the first of the month, the concession will be applied to the next full month's rent.
