145 W Avenida Alessandro · Apartment for Rent

*SHORT TERM FURNISHED RENTAL* Live the San Clemente beach lifestyle in this charming, single-level, 2-bed, 2-bath cottage in sought-after Southwest San Clemente, just a short walk to the sand and minutes from downtown dining and shops (extensively remodeled in 2024 and 2025). Inside, vaulted beamed ceilings with white tongue-and-groove planking and refinished (original) red oak hardwood floors create a bright, airy, move-in-ready home. Cozy up by the brick wood-burning fireplace in the living room, or gather in the dining area just off the kitchen. The kitchen pairs modern updates, including Carrara marble counters, ceramic tile, refreshed solid wood cabinetry, and a filtered water tap, with real vintage character: an original mint-green Western Holly range and a retro-style Frigidaire refrigerator. Both bedrooms are peaceful retreats with woven shades and garden views. The remodeled primary bath features a frameless glass shower and its own door to the backyard, so you can rinse off after the beach without tracking sand through the house, and the updated hall bath offers a full tub with vintage charm. Out back, the private, oversized (approximately 40'x40') fully fenced yard is a true extension of the home, with a big grassy lawn, a mature shade tree, and a spacious patio for outdoor dining and lounging. The partitioned garage area contains a washer and dryer, storage, and a large desk for remote office use. Other recent updates: new windows, new HVAC (furnace and air), and fully renovated backyard landscaping. Potential rental period availability is between 1-6 months.
