COURTESY OF Compass Florida LLC POSTED BY ANDREW COLEMAN WITH EXP REALTY 561-897-6475. Your Palm Beach Gardens season starts here! Skip the packing list. This fully furnished, renovated waterfront townhome in Montecito is turnkey, so all you need is your suitcase (and maybe your sunglasses). Its 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths leave plenty of room for visiting family or friends, and just outside is the water, where you're officially on Florida time. Montecito is a gated community, so you can spend your afternoons at the community pool, pack a lunch for the picnic area or take an evening stroll on the tree-lined sidewalks, and guest parking makes it easy when friends visit. The home is available for the 2026-2027 season, December 1 through May 31 (6-month minimum), at $7,250 per month or $43,500 for the season. Association dues are included in rent, so you get all the perks!
