1812 Hickory St · Apartment for Rent

Built in 2024, this midrise adds a newer edge to downtown Dallas living without trying too hard. The design is clean and current, and it puts you in the middle of the city instead of off in a side pocket. Shared spaces cover the useful stuff: a fitness center, rooftop lounge with BBQ and firepit, private meeting lounge, business center, and 24-hour package lockers. It's also pet friendly with no breed restrictions, plus a dog wash station and dog run, which is genuinely handy if you keep an active pet. This one starts at $1,539 per month for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout. It's a standard 1BR floorplan, so the appeal here is the simple setup and the newer building basics rather than a bunch of extra configuration.
