Unlawful detainers or eviction within the last 3 years are grounds for denial. If an applicant has a rental history, the applicant has to provide a verifiable address to do rental verification, and applicant must not have defaulted in lease obligations or community policies.  We will check relevant information on credit history that affects applicants ability to pay rent (ie: cannot owe previous landlord money)  Maltreatment towards Old Home Management LLC Employees or the use of profanity is grounds for denial.
