Take over my lease for1 bedroom in a very wonderful place with a high class neighborhood. All amenities you desire are there. The apartment is the large size of the one bedroom apartment. It has a large patio with two lockers, large kitchen with a large fridge, dish washer and stove. The dining room has a locker. The living room is big, it has a fire place. There is a locker in front of the bathroom for the linens . The bath room is big with a tub, sink, and washer and dryer in it(full bathroom). The bed room is a big size one (king or queen size bed or two small beds will fit comfortably) with a large walk in closet. The floor is covered with carpet. There are AC, heater, water heater and a ceiling fan. It's suitable to a couple of people or small family because it is very large for some one. You will take over my lease until the end of May 2014; you can renew the lease with the complex office if you like. I have to move as possible as I can for my work needs.
