We are subletting our 3 bedroom fully-furnished apartment from May to August 2020. The building is located less than two blocks away from the Downtown McGill campus and has a lovely outdoor courtyard with trees and grass for relaxing. We are also directly across the street from the McGill gym, and a few blocks away from parc Mont Royal which has a beautiful nature path up to the top. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms with lots of closets and storage space, one bathroom with shower, an open concept kitchen and dining room, and separate living room with couches and TV. Dining room, kitchen and bedrooms get lots of natural light and feature exposed brick. Apartment includes all furniture, appliances and tools (pans, glasses, utensils etc). Laundry machines are located in the same building just two floors down.
