Looking for one person to have their own room or two people who would like to share a bedroom. It is a 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom 2 Story Townhouse in a safe community. We are two students looking for another student. We would like a great match for us. We are two students that also work part time. It has a very spacious backyard, wooden floors, marble counters. Rent is $925 every month and $1000 for security deposit. The security deposit can be paid over the course of 3 payments. Utilities are divided and they come out to $40 for fast internet and PG&E has ranged from $25 to $60. We rotate one parking slot or you can purchase your own for an additional $25 per month. The place has laundry utilities available with a laundry card available. We live in Castro Valley right across the street from Trader Joes, behind 711 and lots of places to eat. You can also sign on to the lease, in fact if you do that would be even better. We are looking for someone to stay for atleast until the end of the year and is incredible responsible with rent.
