Wood laminate in LR and bedrooms, and tile in baths, carpet on stairs. Pet policy: Pets are considered not guaranteed. All pets must be approved. Each home may have different criteria. If pet is approved there may be an additional pet rent charged. The amount will be determined by breed, size and number of animals. Application processing: We try to process all applications within 24 hours. Unfortunately we often have to wait on rental verifications from previous landlords. Therefore this is not a guarantee, it may take 48-72 hours to complete. Applications are processed on a first come first served basis. Multiple applications received on the same day will be processed and submitted together for approval. All application fees are non- refundable. Approval: Once an application is approved, tenant will have 48 hours to sign lease and pay security deposit. NOTE: We cannot hold a house longer than 2 weeks.
