I am a 24 year-old female looking for a roommate starting August 15th. I have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the Lionsgate complex with walk-in closets, a huge living room/dining room with a fireplace, washer and dryer in unit, and a balcony. The apartment complex also has a pool and workout facilities, and is pet friendly (dogs under 25lbs). Total rent is $840 (not including electric or internet/cable). I will be a grad student at UNL starting in August. I'm originally from the Midwest and I'm outgoing and social, but like to relax when I'm at home (cook, watch TV, listen to music, study, etc.). I'm clean and organized and would want the common living spaces to remain that way. I don't have any pets now, but might get a dog during the year. I also have a lot of furniture so the apartment would be mostly furnished already. What I'm looking for in a roommate: - Someone around my age who is in grad school or is a young professional - Someone who is social and enjoys doing things, but isn't a huge partier and maintains a relatively low noise level in the apartment (also drug free and non-smoker) - Someone responsible, who will pay rent on time, who will keep common living spaces clean and tidy, and is drama-free. ** Photos are from the website, not my actual unit.
