We do a credit check and criminal background check. The application fee is $25 per adult or $25 for a married couple. Limited occupancy is 4 people. We require 3 times the monthly rent in income (income amount is $3285 combined with all adults). Security deposit and signed lease is necessary to hold the apartment.
