Perfect room for cal state long beach/lbcc student! 10 minute bus ride to main Cal State campus, and the room includes 2 pools, and one 24 hour gym for your use whenever! Apartment is currently shared with 2 male roommates, one cal state student and myself a full time Starbucks employee. It's a two bedroom, one and a half bath duplex apartment. The apartment is also close to local traffic circle shopping outlets. The rent does no include unltilies , which split between 3 people is usually around 12$ a month additional.
