We have very snowy winters so comfort navigating a snowy dirt road is needed. Bears, fox, mountain lions, elk, and deer call this land home so common sense regarding wildlife is also required. Important details: - One uncovered parking space steps from your front door, AWD needed, (could potentially fit two vehicles tandem, but not guaranteed) - Private covered pergola for ultimate outdoor living & ample outdoor space, just bring your hammock (no fence) - Only 2 closets in the cabin and limited storage space so creative storage solutions are a must.
