My Roommate moved back home and I need to replace him as soon as possible. A little about myself:I'm a sr. analyst in the city, I cycle whenever I can and love to cook once in awhile. Looking for:A roommate who is chill, clean and easy to get along with. Pets are welcome. Location:The F train and LES bars are a 5 min walk from the unit. It is a residential neighborhood so it is really quiet. We have grocery stores and restaurants close by as well. Unit:It is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom condo that is roughly 1000 sq ft. The room itself has a gigantic closet and multiple windows. The Room is 60 sq foot X30 sq foot, roughly 183 sq foot of space. Cost & Utilities:The rent is 1,400 a month plus a split in utilities (40ish). The internet is included (verizon Fios). Laundry is in the building itself. Pets: If you have any dogs or cats, they are welcomed but they have to be trained and well behave. There is a gated backyard where you can play fetch and a dog park 2 blocks away.
