• Household income of2.5 times the rent or higher required
• 600+ Credit Score
If the credit score is lower due to medical bills or student loans, the application can still be approved with a higher security deposit.
• No Rental Debt- If you left a past landlord hanging, we’ll pass.
• No Utility Debt- Need to keep the lights on!

• Criminal background checks are done on all adults.
