Unit features an open floor plan, walk in closet, full size washer and dryer, and brand new central heating and air. $200 will be added to the rent price for electricity, water, trash, WiFi and TV service (Hulu Live, Neflix, Apple TV, Paramount, Peacock, MGM, Max, ESPN, Disney+) for a total of $1900/mo. We are willing to negotiate rent price for longer terms. We are professional, low key, and non-partiers. We are looking for a professional individual who is also not a partier or someone who likes to host large gatherings. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any dogs as we have our own, but we will consider an indoor cat. There is no smoking inside or outside. This unit is for ONE person only.
