I run a private practice from our home which is part of the reason why smoking/vaping is prohibited on the premises. We care a lot that you have what you need to be comfortable, safe and feel respected. We will treat you extremely well if you treat us & the home well. We are very particular in tenant selection to make sharing a home easy, comfortable and a positive experience for all of us. Unfortunately we can't have pets because we had one very bad experience with a tenant who had a pet and it has ruled it out for us. And again smo king and weed use are absolutely out for both health & practical reasons.
