A nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet or $250 for up to two small dogs. No large breed dogs. No cats. We are located in a quiet, Christian conservative, family oriented neighborhood. No drug use or excessive alcohol use is permitted. Our property does have outdoor surveillance equipment in use. Our cabin rental which sits behind our home, Sinclair's Cabin shares the common areas of the property such as the driveway, barn, some of the pasture areas and the creek. We are located in a Christian conservative, family oriented neighborhood. As such we do our best to support the values of our neighbors. Excessive alcohol use and drugs are prohibited on the property including marijuana which is still illegal in NC. This will result in Immediate removal from the premesis. Surveillance equipment is located on the property for security purposes. We are located near Jefferson/West Jefferson, NC. We are best suited for mature (30's +) married couples or one or two single persons, no children. We allow one or two smaller dogs under 30lbs each. Pet Fee: $150/one dog or $250 for 2 dogs, non-refundable. Looking for month to month rentals, vacation or short term work rentals. No leases. All utilities are included: water, sewer, electric, heat & AC, internet. Background and credit history check required and proof of employment. Amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Warrensville. Amenities included: central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, yard, and barn. Utilities included: electricity, heat, air conditioning, water, septic, internet. We are pet friendly, but breed specific - small dogs only. Dates Available: December 2025-2026 year round. Monthly rent $2,000. Half month security deposit required. Cleaning Fee: $150.
